A Statement from True North Solutions About the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

At True North Solutions, we care deeply about the health and safety of our team members as well as our relationship with client partners.

With the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) being top of mind for many, we’d like to take this opportunity to express that we’re aware of the outbreak and are fortunate to not be operating in current high risk areas.

In the case of any direct impact to our Alberta or Colorado offices, we’re proactively implementing the following internal protocols:

• Ensuring that our team members do not come to the office if they are feeling unwell or if their family members are ill.
• Ensuring sick time and remote work options are available.
• Closely monitoring both personal and work travel plans of team members to evaluate and mitigate risk.

We’ve also created a contingency plan in the unlikely case that either of our offices need to be closed, in order to ensure business continuity for our client partners.

We understand that our client partners are also implementing their own protocols and plans at this time. We’re available to connect and align on these measures.
