Project Execution Methodology Advantages

Our Project Execution Methodology (PEM) is a documented, structured and itemized methodology which is scalable and flexible enough to implement either a client-based, vendor-based or TNS-based solution within the same methodology. It can handle projects as small as $1k or as large as $20M.

Ensures a very consistent client engagement and project execution experience for every project regardless of size, schedule or structure.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) are imbedded within the PEM not layered on top or on the side, thus we insure a very high-quality consistent deliverable.
The PEM covers the very first consulting/BD experience through configuration, commissioning and long-term support. It ensures integrated consistency from the sales, through engineering and the project management (commercial). This ensures what is promised, is what is delivered.
The PEM allows for the client to be integral in the project execution process thus ensuring the respective teams within the client’s company can confidently take full ownership, authority and responsibility over the complete project in the end.
