Jared Hoover joins True North Solutions as Director of US Business Development

Denver, CO: True North Solutions is proud to announce that Jared Hoover has accepted the position of Director of US Business Development for our organization.

Jared has a Degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He brings more than 20 years of experience working as a production, reliability, and operations engineer, project manager, and organizational manager.

Having served in the US Air Force, Jared spent a decade executing overseas combat operations and heliborne nuclear security tactics, and training future military officers at the University of Virginia. He transitioned to the energy industry where he worked as a reliability engineer on Shell’s deep-water Ursa platform. Jared then worked on nearly every major US onshore shale play with QEP Resources and BP in engineering and project management roles. Following that, he moved into roles in the IIoT world where he supported two startup companies providing operational technology (OT), IIoT, and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Jared has successfully built diverse teams and partnerships, developed and implemented IIOT and SaaS market strategies, and managed large-scale, complex projects. He also served as an affiliate professor for Metropolitan State University in Denver.

Jared’s depth of experience in technical engineering, project management, and client operations will enable him to ensure True North Solutions’ specialty service offering and project execution deliverables are providing added value to our clients across all US regions that we serve. In this role, Jared will be responsible for driving client service excellence, specialty service business, and project growth in our True North Solutions’ US operations.
