True North Solutions promotes Rebecca Rollison to Director of Business Services

Calgary, AB: True North Solutions is proud to announce Rebecca Rollison’s promotion to Director of Business Services in our organization.

In this new role, Rebecca will serve as a client interface to ensure True North Solutions’ service offerings meet or exceed our clients’ expectations while facilitating marketing, proposals, and client contract management.

Rebecca’s role is to provide effective business service support that enables True North’s clients and subject matter experts to focus on what they really enjoy – the technical side of OT Automation, Digital Infrastructure, Instrument & Electrical Services, and more.

Rebecca has more than 23 years of experience in solutions-based client support and contract management for professional consulting firms and high-tech start-ups. She has supported companies in the oil & gas, pulp & paper, food & beverage, mining, water & wastewater, and utility infrastructure sectors while spending most of her career in the OT Automation realm. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary and post-graduate Certificates in Professional Writing and Executive Leadership. She is known for providing exceptional client service.
